More Color Please, an exhibit featuring the acrylic and mixed-media works of Deborah Welch-Prickett, will be on display at Eclectic during the August Downtown Gallery Hop in lovely downtown Jacksonville.
The hop will take place Friday, August 7, from 5pm-10pm.

Remember! Eclectic is only open this one special day a month from 10am-10pm, so don't miss it!

A Tribute to Diedre Muir

Hello Friends! The July Downtown Gallery Hop will be Friday, July 3. Summer is here, and what better way to spend a sultry summer evening than by enjoying art and a leisurely stroll around the Jacksonville Square! The Eclectic Art Gallery will be open on Hop day from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Eclectic will be presenting a special memorial show in the Feature Gallery, "REMEMBER: A Tribute to Artist Diedre Muir".
Didi Muir was a loyal friend and supporter of the Eclectic, and a former member of the Co-op. She was a gifted and talented artist whose work was, amongst many things, whimsical, thoughtful, edgy, lovely, and creative.

"REMEMBER" will present a selection of Didi's art, chosen by her family. There will be some pieces available for purchase and all proceeds will be donated in Didi's memory to a cause that was near and dear to her heart, Free Tibet.

The Eclectic thanks Didi's family for generously allowing us to share her art with you.
Please join us as we pay a special tribute to this wonderful lady, friend, and artist.

April Downtown Gallery Hop

Meek March Madness to open at a gallery near you!
(if you reside near Jacksonville, IL that is)

Yes, it was inevitable that after curating and running Eclectic for our wonderful artists for over two years now, that we too would want our own featured moment of glory. So, we're taking it:-)

Meek March Madness is a group exhibit by people with the last name of Meek, and it's sure to be a classic.
Opening night is Friday, March 6, from 5pm-10pm, coinciding with the Downtown Gallery Hop in lovely downtown Jacksonville.

Due to our new reduced hours, closing night is the same as opening night because it is the only day of the month we are open, so DON'T MISS IT!
